OVERVIEW
All items sold in our store are made-to-order. This means each product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
All sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or fit issues

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size using the size chart provided on each product page. We are not responsible for sizing issues once the order is placed.

We do not accept physical returns of products unless they are defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled or modified within a short time after placing the order (before production begins). Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account
  • Then contact your payment provider
  • Then contact your bank

SHIPPING RETURNS
We do not require customers to return damaged or defective items. In most cases, we will provide a replacement without requiring a return.
